Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using Grabr. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms.

You may not use Grabr to:

• violate applicable law or third-party platform terms;
• publish or distribute spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive content;
• harass, threaten, defame, or exploit others;
• upload or generate sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material;
• infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to Grabr systems, other accounts, or connected platforms;
• bypass rate limits, security controls, or publishing restrictions;
• scrape Grabr or use automated means to extract data except through documented interfaces you are authorized to use;
• share credentials, sell access, or use another person’s accounts without authorization;
• use the service to operate or facilitate a competing multi-tenant hosted social scheduling SaaS in violation of the fair-code license;
• misrepresent affiliation with Grabr or impersonate others when publishing.

Scheduling and queue features are intended for legitimate publishing workflows. You must not use Grabr to manipulate engagement metrics, artificially amplify content in ways forbidden by destination platforms, or evade platform enforcement. Bluesky, LinkedIn, Telegram, Google, and other providers may independently restrict your accounts.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content from Grabr systems where feasible, suspend features, or terminate accounts. We may also report illegal activity to authorities or platform providers when appropriate. Report abuse to supportgrabber@gmail.com.
