These documents describe how Grabr currently operates and are provided for transparency. They are operational templates, not personalized legal advice. Before relying on them as final compliance documents, have them reviewed by qualified counsel familiar with Bangladesh law and any other jurisdictions that apply to your use of Grabr.
1. Introduction
This page lists third-party services that may process personal data on behalf of Grabr, operated by an individual in Bangladesh to operate the managed Grabr cloud service. Self-hosted operators choose and control their own vendors.
Locations below are typical vendor operating regions and may change. Always review the vendor’s own documentation for current data- processing details.
2. Current cloud subprocessors and key integrations
- Supabase — authentication, Postgres database, and media storage for accounts, workspaces, posts, tokens, billing state, and files.
- Application host / CDN (for example Vercel or the host serving grabr.online) — serves the web application and may process request logs and edge network data.
- Redis provider — BullMQ job queue for delayed publish tasks (payload typically includes post and workspace identifiers).
- Whop — hosted checkout, subscription management, and billing webhooks.
- fal.ai — AI generation and analysis requests; may route through additional model providers (including OpenRouter / Gemini-class models for reference analysis) as configured in product code.
- Telegram — bot messaging for pairing, drafts, approvals, and optional alerts.
- LinkedIn — OAuth identity and publishing API calls when connected.
- Google — OAuth and Google Drive readonly import when connected.
- Bluesky / AT Protocol network — authentication and publish API calls when connected.
