Refund and Cancellation Policy
How Whop-hosted subscriptions, AI credits, cancellations, and refund requests work.
1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cloud subscriptions and AI credit purchases work for Grabr. Self-hosted Community use under the fair-code license does not involve Grabr cloud subscription fees.
2. Billing provider
Paid cloud plans and eligible credit packs are processed by Whop. Payment method details are collected and stored by Whop, not in Grabr’s application database. Plan activation and cancellation status are synced to Grabr through Whop webhooks where configured.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid cloud membership through Whop’s customer portal using the “Manage on Whop” link in Billing when available, or by contacting Whop support / supportgrabber@gmail.com for assistance.
Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Access typically continues through the end of the then-current paid period unless Whop or applicable law requires otherwise. We do not automatically prorate unused time.
4. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once charged. We may consider case-by-case refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
AI credits already consumed for generation or analysis are not refundable. Unused allotted monthly credits do not create a cash refund right when you cancel.
To request a refund review, email supportgrabber@gmail.com with your account email, Whop receipt/membership identifiers if available, amount charged, date, and reason. We aim to respond within a few business days, but response times are not guaranteed.
5. Failed payments and chargebacks
If renewal payment fails, Whop or Grabr may downgrade, suspend, or limit paid features. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account review. We encourage contacting supportgrabber@gmail.com before disputing a charge.
6. Price changes
Prices shown at checkout control the transaction. We may change future prices; changes apply prospectively according to Whop checkout and plan terms.
