1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Grabr uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and application. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage entries used for preferences. Some cookies are essential for security and login; others remember interface choices.

3. Cookies and similar technologies we use

Based on the current product implementation, Grabr uses the following categories:

Authentication cookies (strictly necessary). Supabase session cookies maintained by our authentication/SSR layer so we can keep you signed in and protect routes. Duration follows the authentication provider’s session settings.
OAuth security cookies (strictly necessary). Short- lived httpOnly cookies such as Google/LinkedIn OAuth state and workspace context cookies (approximately 10 minutes) used to prevent CSRF during account connection.
Interface preference cookie. A sidebar state cookie (about 7 days) remembers whether the dashboard sidebar is collapsed.
Theme preference (local storage). The theme toggle stores light/dark preference in browser storage via next-themes.

We do not currently set third-party advertising cookies or product- analytics SDK cookies such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

4. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide the service you request. Preference technologies improve usability. If we later introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent before setting them.

5. How to control cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. If you block authentication cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use protected features.

You can change theme preference in the product UI. You can sign out to end your authenticated session.
